The Briaud Student Fund (formerly StAR Fund) assists students with expenses for participating in ASCE activities, conferences and conventions. This is a competitive application program for students interested in attending official ASCE events to advance their career, education, and leadership in the profession. Priority is given to undergraduate applicants. PLEASE NOTE: If selected, the average award ranges from $400-750 so applicants MUST show cost sharing and other means of financial support.
